Waikawa Bay

At the north east of the south Island of New Zealand is the town of Picton. Drive east onto the Port Underwood Road and Waikawa Bay is on the left side. As one comes into Wharetukura Bay which is part of the larger Waikawa Bay, the view on the pictures below appears on your left side. Finding a safe parking spot is necessary and then that is the reward.
