Buildings don't make slums, people do.
Life is a journey, so what's the rush?
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Give him regular, generous welfare and hook him for life.
If you are not liked because of your attitude, that's your problem. If you are disliked for no good reason, then that's their problem.
We either learn from a mistake, or keep repeating it. That's our choice.
Find trouble if you must, but don't share it around.
