Black Swans

In this lagoon area, we went canoeing a while back. There were no swans around. We recently decided to walk around it and there were about 60 or more swans. I'm not sure of the movements of swans as to where they all came from. I wonder how they would take a canoe going through their midst. Anyway, they seemed happy and after realising we were harmless, they seemed to ignore our presence.

Nothing is quite like a beautiful scene. Having it on the wall draws the eye and admiring stares. I have a couple of lovely ones here, depicting a water scene. The photos were taken at the same location but different angles. Enjoy.

Prime NZ Real Estate With Water Views

People love a view of water and dwellings anywhere near it fetches top dollar. I have snapped some shots of that sort of property. Well, I have to admit they are basic in form, one needing work and the other lacking protection from the elements but no doubt you see the potential.

As it turns out, they are not for sales but what's the harm in dreaming? I have to admit the location wouldn't be described as tropical. However, they do have a charm that is rustic and minimalistic.

Success

It starts with a Plan. Without that you can't even start. Be Throrough in doing your homework and laying a good foundation for what you propose to do. Once that in place properly, it will give you Belief. That in turn will fill you with both Passion and Motivation. 

After that the road ahead is now before you. However, that doesn't mean you have succeeded yet. Far from it. It's important to keep an Open Mind to modify your plan if necessary. Consult others who know the subject and can offer practical advice. To do that requires one always remain Humble, not being too proud to ask others.

If results don't come as quickly as you would like, that doesn't mean you are wasting your time. Patience is an important attribute to keep one trying. Determination is critical at times like this to stick to your path. However, there may come a point when the cost is too much and success just isn't happening. Stubbornness isn't a good quality at this juncture.

However, rather than give in and go sulk in the corner, a dose of Resilience will help you pick yourself up and move forward in another direction. Learn from the past and apply what you have learned to the future.

Oh, another point. Success isn't about money. It's about achieving what's truly important. Is a 'successful' businessman really a success if his marriage is unhappy or fails? That his children grow up missing a caring, involved dad? Success required the right Values too.
